Description
I always liked this figure but also always felt it could have been better too.
In 2007, back when I was only a couple of years into tutorials and experimenting with customizing figures, I did a bit of work to this same 07 movie Arcee to improve her. It was pretty simple and probably didn't help much.
I found her the other day while going through boxes of old figures and decided she deserved another spin on the work table using the decade more experience I have now.
First I shaved away the handlebar mustache parts on her face, then I cut her eye sockets a good bit wider and gave her new eyeballs. For the last mods, I cut some things down in the shoulder wheel half assemblies so those parts could lean a little farther back, since I prefer the wheels looking more like wings than huge wheel halves awkwardly sitting on her chest, and I cut away the plastic behind her knees that stopped her form having a double hinged knee joint.
After that, I changed around her paint job some, not only giving her a little more detail, but hopefully also making the color scheme a bit more coherent.
I might add some bike mode shots later, but it's not a whole lot different from normal.
