Unicron 2013

Destiny... You can not destroy... My... DESTINYYYYY!!!!

He wasn't lying when he said that stuff.
Unicron is back with a new Toy from Takara and his appearance in TF Prime so I had to get my hands on one of these.
I asked the Radicons of TFW2005.com to vote for his alt mode out of a few options I came up with, and this one won the vote.

Think of him as a more G1 colored TF Prime Unicron, or as a Unicron who gathered enough ship/bot/asteroid debris to come back with a new form no larger than a Prime of Cybertron but with the power of the CHAOS BRINGER, or just think of it as a painted plastic toy. Either way, here's what I came up with for him.

No more combining mode. Most of the parts just for that have been removed and parts that opened or came off to combine have been glued together. I even cut off 2 of his back toes so the feet can fold in without having to remove the leg sides. I hoped to simplify him and make a more cohesive alt and bot mode without the dumb stuff.
Last pic shows how the legs peg together in 2 places to form a pretty solid head with the other parts crowded around them.
I added a forehead part to the head mode so the robot head wouldn't look quite so out of place there, and made the head horns turn into the wings for bot mode rather than being pointless separate parts.

Now he is just a Unicron transformer that turns into some weird nightmare space rock head thing, but that's something right!?
