I thought I'd put together this WIP on how I am hopefully taking Sixshot a bit away from his brick-like 80s limitations, and into the world of articulated happiness.
I'm not really a WIP type of guy, but I have to wait for the new hands and stickers to arrive, so might as well. Hope you guys like it and maybe get some ideas- or even give me some!
This has been a serious pain of a project, as I expected, since even with measurements, I had to keep tweaking and redoing things to get everything to transform and move just right. I've wanted to do this as long as I've had this figure though, which is about 15 years.
I attached a drawing I did of him in all 6 modes to show that I really studied him well before attempting this.
After years of planning ideas and working to improve my own skills with the hope of one day making Sixshot worthy of my Masterpiece shelf (toyline, not OMG I make masterpiece art), this is what i have so far.
I know i have his shoulder tops transformofied wrong in the last pic, but I'll get accurate pics of all 6 modes when he is done.
I made his twin guns combine to make a tail that fits in a modded butt trigger so he has a place for them in wolf mode, plus the wolf gets a damn tail finally.
